Function
Fatty esters are the result of the esterification of a fatty acid. They are mainly used as emulsifier, emollient or lubricant in applications including food, personal care, plastics, functional fluids, metal treatment, pharmaceuticals, paints, textiles. Aldosperse is useful as emulsifiers, solubilizers, suspending and dispersing agents in a wide range of applications within the food industry.
