Function
PGML is used as a fungicide, bactericide and viricide used to control post-harvest decay. Its other uses include as an emulsifier, co-emulsifier, deicer, excipient, humectant, adjuvant, emollient, surfactant and skin conditioner, stabilizer and preservative.
