Snow White- Filler Food & Pharmaceutical is a food and pharmaceutical grade of anhydrous calcium sulfate, suitable for a variety of applications. It is used in commercial baking it provides bioavailable calcium and can be used as a processing aid. It is also used as a diluent, excipient, calcium supplement and as bedding medium for facilitating beneficial bacteria growth.
