It is deoiled and are ideal for numerous food applications requiring a dry lecithin ingredient with a bland flavor and aroma. The product is manufactured by a new ultrafiltration process from soy phospholipids.

Storage
Storage temperatures should be between 50-95øF (10-35øC). Exposure to freezing or near-freezing temperatures may promote separation of oil from the phospholipids.
