Function
Is a calorie-free sugar substitute. AceSulfame-K is used primarily in a wide range of food formulations; for example beverages, wines, confections, chewing gum, dry bases for dessert, dry bases for dairy product analogs, baked goods, yogurts, refrigerated and frozen desserts, salad dressings, and other products.

Storage
