Odorless white crystalline powder with slight bitterness.

Description

White crystal or crystalline powder, it has no smell and tastes slightly bitter. It easily dissolves in hot water and alcohol, well dissolves in acetone and partly dissolves in cold water. This medicine can keep a fever down and ease pain. It is used in the treatment od diseases such as cold, headache, toothache, rheumatism, and neuralgia.

Function

Acetaminophen is used to relieve pain and reduce fever. Unlike aspirin, it does not relieve the redness, stiffness, or swelling caused by rheumatoid arthritis. However, it may relieve the pain caused by mild forms of arthritis.
