Clear colorless to yellow liquid with mild odor

ABIL B 88183 is a silicone surfactants with high molecular weights. They decrease the surface tension of aqueous solutions, are able to form micelles and show a characteristic cloud point, when heated, because of their inverse solubility behavior. By using ABIL? B 88183 in surfactant formulations a soft and tight foam of good stability can be achieved. It also creates a pleasant refatting effect on skin and hair.

Used in shampoos, cosmetic applications, shower and bath preparations, and soaps.
